No good news on the fertility front. Two times was not the charm, unfortunately.
I took yet another HPT and received the lovely big fat negative once again. I just might faint if it ever does give me a positive.
Speaking of HPT’s, did you ever wonder why they keep them locked up behind glass in some stores? Is there some huge black market for them I don’t know about or what? Why in the world would they need extra security on them?
Really, it’s embarrassing enough just grabbing it off the shelf, hiding it among your other purchases and dashing to the register. All the while, glancing furtively around for anyone you may know, who will see the said test and give you that look. That knowing look. Of course, they will be making sure to spread it around that they saw you with a HPT so you know what that means!!! :)
Maybe I’ve just answered my own question. Maybe the experience of buying a HPT is so traumatizing that people would rather resort to petty theft than endure it. Could be… Hmmm…. I might need to consider it…
They seriously put those behind the counter? Wow! In my state you can buy them from the Dollar Tree!

My sister in law bought her last test at the Dollar Store. I didn’t know they had gotten so careful where they placed them. That is interesting.
There aren’t many encouraging things to say that I am sure that you already don’t know. Just remember God never takes you through anything to damage or harm us, but His plan is always to mold us and make us more like Him. Hang in there! We are praying for you.
Yeah, in the Commissary in Germany they are in the regular aisle, so you can try to be sly about it! Especially when I was on the small base I was and you saw someone you knew everywhere you went. That is the last thing you want people to be spreading around!
Again, there isn’t much anyone can say, but just to pray, but I truly am sorry that you are having to go through all this!
