Only TWENTY THREE minutes to prep FIVE meals this week!

Did you catch that I didn’t say five dinners in ONE hour?  It was FIVE DINNERS is less than 25 minutes!  Woot! Woot!

Of course, I am sending one of the Crockpot BBQ Chickens and one of the Southwestern Chickens straight to the freezer for later!

The Crockpot BBQ Chicken is EASY, and DELISH and goes straight from the freezer to the crockpot!

Do you wanna take a stab at a stress free dinnertime?  Click for more info on how on earth I do it.   {Did I mention I ♥ it?}

…. and here for more Monday Menu Inspiration from orgjunkie!

Miraculously we all did survive our Family Portrait Session on Saturday despite the fact that Davis boycotted his afternoon nap and refused to sleep even on the 35+ minute drive there.

Some of you following me on Twitter may have seen this pic I shared of the crazy stinker zonking out about FIVE minutes from the location…

Seriously?!

Wade ALSO fell asleep on the way and was quite the a bit crabby pants when we got there.  His wild fro was beyond repair without our normal weapon of choice…the water bottle to slick down his unruly mane.  :)  He would hardly take a picture without writhing and whining about being COLD!

It was definitely FULL of stressful moments, but we did happen upon a perfect out of the way abandoned warehouse as our backdrop that left us all quite filthy but at least gave us a great starting point.

Davis took pity on me after his no nap stunt and was a PERFECT angel!  I was in shock when he sat sweetly, LOOKED at the camera, and even occasionally, simultaneously smiled!

The one year old MOST DEFINITELY was a piece of cake compared to the 3.5 year old!  :)

We came away with some good shots that will be made GREAT by the wonders of the photoshop guru.  :)

Renee, I just wanted to let you know I've been trying your method the past two weeks and I LOVE it! I even made up a crock pot meal ahead, put it in a slow cooker liner, tied it up with a twist tie and stuck it in the fridge. On Sunday when I went to make it, all I had to do was plop it directly in the crock pot with the liner and turn it on! Thanks for such a great idea. :)

Looks good! I'm curious what is in the yummy looking Southwestern Chicken. When I click on it, it takes me to my gmail. Not sure how to see the recipe. I'm definitely going to try the Honey Mustard Chicken! Thanks! Love to see what your cooking every week!

Kelly, that is so awesome!!! Isn't is such a GREAT feeling??!!

Jolene, sorry about the bad link. I fixed it! I forgot to get guacamole so mine just has chunk chicken, salsa, and cheese. I'll serve it over tortilla chips and maybe top with sour cream! :) Super easy and quick too… only 10 minutes till done!

I am skipping the bacon on the HM chicken, but I might do bacon bits and see how that works, lol!

You're so inspiring! I've been trying to use a lot of your ideas, and I'm finding it is getting easier to put food on the table every night! I'll have to try your barbecue chicken idea – sounds yummy!

I just had to laugh cause for some reason this week your menu post reminded me of having to do a meal menu in Christian Womanhood! LOL. Then, I noticed you were eating chicken every night (which is a staple in our home too!). We would both fail…ha ha.
