Only 30 minutes to prep FOUR meals thanks to my hubby who helped me de-skin the chicken {ick!}.

weekly meal prep

Am I tantalizing you with these yummy looking pictures?  :)  I had this Cilantro Shrimp on the menu but somehow I left the shrimp off the shopping list!  So Sunday night when I was about to start my meal prep, I had to quickly scour my recipes for something I had all the ingredients for.

I was excited to see a recipe for Basil Chicken that I had everything for and it was one I hadn’t tried yet.

Hoping it will be delish!

The French Dip Subs are one of our FAVORITES…. so easy and completely SCRUMPTIOUS!  If you want to impress you family with your mad cooking skills… you have to try this one.

They will be impressed.  Trust me.   :)

Do you wanna take a stab at a stress free dinnertime?  Click for more info on how on earth I do it.   {Did I mention I ♥ it?}

What’s cooking at your house this week?  We survived the week of celebrating Wade’s big birthday, and I am looking forward to a more low key week!

I had lots of fun planning birthday awesome-ness on the cheap… courtesy of lots of pinspiration and hope to share it all with you coming soon.  :)

    Your food looks really yummy this week. As for last night I cooked some chicken breast in the crackpot to have it ready for enchiladas this week and chicken lettuce wraps. I also marinaded some skirt meat last night and cooked it after an hour of marinating. It came out so tender and juicy. I know there is another recipe with chicken this week. Have a good week

    Amazing. I’d love to simply meals around here. I’m in the kitchen a lot, but with a new baby, quick and easy is the direction in which I need to go.

    We’re trying to eat up the pantry (not literally, I suppose) since we’re moving soon, so tonight was rice with tuna. Not a husband rave, but the great guy downs it with a smile.
