I just love those kind of easy crockpot meals!!  Plus the crockpot doesn’t heat up the whole house like the oven does in this 100 degree weather!

What are you eating this week?  Are you a summer crockpot fan?

really enjoying the 5 dinners in an hour plan. while I have yet to get 5 meals done in an hour it is really helping me get organized in the kitchen and given my family lots of variety on the dinner table. And the bonus…I have cut my monthly food budget by $250!!!
Thanks for the ideas each week!!

Woohoo! $250?! Wow!! That is awesome! If you can start doubling or dividing easy recipes and sending one to the freezer that will greatly help your hour time. Or include a leftover night in your weekly schedule so it’s one less meal to prep. :) Are you prepping Sat and Sun meals too?

Doing this drastically improved my variety in meals! When you’re menu planning it’s harder to put the same old tired dish down on paper week after week like you end up doing w/o menu planning. :)
