Scrapping Goods

I am incredibly behind on my scrapbooking, but I seem to work in spurts. This age of digital cameras and storing all pictures on your computer instead of getting rolls developed hasn’t helped. I got a few pages done this weekend, but I have depleted my stock of pictures. I decided to order some more prints from shutterfly to keep me going on this current spurt. I tried to reach the $20 order and you get free shipping offer, and then once I got to the “free shipping” level I couldn’t seem to stop. It seemed logical to go ahead and keep ordering as much as I could since I was getting free shipping… So I ended up ordering over 150 prints! Ahh!
This shows you how behind I am. These pages are pictures from Haylee’s 2nd birthday party. She’ll be four this May. :) I got a new Creative Memories corner rounder for Christmas from Chris. I love that rounded corner edge look! (Hint…click on the pic to read the small print…)
This was a neat page to do… “Daddy’s Girl.” One of my favorite pics in black and white top right is of Haylee following in Chris’s footsteps along the ledge outside. He was talking on the phone, pacing, as he loves to do, and Haylee was so cute following him around. :)
This was my favorite of the three. These were from May/June 2005. I also got a CM decorative trimmer for Christmas. It is so easy to use and gives you the neat wavy edge on your paper. I love, love, love it!
With the move, this was the first time I’d gotten to scrap with it since Christmas. Once my shutterfly pics start coming in, I’ll have lots more opportunities to play with it!

LOVE your pages!! You’re inspiring me to try to get a bit of scrapping done too. -I’m years behind as well,… but do you know anyone who scrapbooks that is actually up-to-date??? :) I don’t own much CM stuff, just a few things. I used to try to do at least a few pages a week, but… … you know how it goes. Now you’ve got me “itching” to scrap, though…. Have you ever been to a big crop of any kind?? I used to go to them quite frequently in SC. Of course, that was “Pre-kids.”

I went to a CM crop last night (I try to go every other Tuesday night), and I got some stuff, too. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one behind with my scrapbooks!
