From the Freezer… Roasted Shrimp & Feta via Make 5 Dinners in 1 Hour

Kudos to all of us! We survived Phase One in the Holiday Madness! At least, I hope all of you made with sanity intact. I enjoyed my 5 days off so much.  I was able to spend a day with my mom, get my Christmas decor out and up, and even managed to squeeze in a date night with the hubs.

I have to stop and say that I am NOT a fan of this increasing trend of moving Black Friday farther and farther up. I was one of the Thanksgiving Day boycotters! I say no way to T-day shopping! Everything except what’s absolutely necessary should be C-L-O-S-E-D! I did do some Black Friday shopping ONLINE, woohoo! I signed up for the Target credit card too which ALWAYS gives you free shipping and 5% off {in the store & online}. So I was able to score some BF deals and get free tax and shipping!

I am so happy that I have almost all of my shopping done! I am so glad to have this much of it out of the way since I know I won’t have a moment to breathe until we get out for Christmas break on the 18th. I’m sure that’s when I’ll be panicking about how much wrapping I have yet to do, ha! I did manage to wrap a few already using my fabulous Christmas Craft Room!  :)

Right now there are just 30 days until Christmas! Wowsa!

I worked at a jewelry shop, allow me to add.
.If you are shopping for seasonal brooches, try to buy them out of the season.
By buying Christmas brooches, valentine’s day broaches or Easter brooches out of the season, you can usually save a lot of money and acquire a quality piece of jewelry. So, if you are looking for a Christmas tree brooch or a snowman brooch, try to buy it in July.

  2. Good reading, if I may… A great tip that can help you get
out of your depression is to start forgiving people who have wronged you.
Carrying around grudges and ill will only fuels negativity.
Learn to let it all go and move on. You might find yourself feeling
    better in no time.
