I would find a weekly planning tool very helpful. I am going to be starting full time work soon, and I am trying to find a way to balance work and still be able to eat healthy.

I just started using the weekly meal prep plan this week and already love it! I am the mother of 4 and work out of the home full time, so prepping meals ahead of time will save me tons of time (cooking for 6 takes forever!) that can be better used hanging out with the family…or cleaning up after them :)

Ha! If only there were a “clean up five meals in one hour” plan, lol!

I have always been cooking just for me as single and retired. Never focused on creating a meal for more than one. I have kind of adopted 3 kids that I frequently prepare meals for and I have no idea how to plan, budget and make sure the meals are healthy, economical and of course yummy! Would love the help!

I get so tired of wondering whats for dinner every day. At this time of year we are so busy, it would be great to have my meals all ready to go with very little time spent each day.

With my husband working late every night and 2 boys playing sports 4 nights a week, I am always in a panic to feed my family. Now that we are expecting baby #3, things are about to get much crazier in our house! Having all of my healthy meals and shopping lists planned out each week would be such a great benefit to our busy family.

I am always looking for new ways to simplify my weekly menu plans. I think the concept of 5 meals in 1 hour is terrific! I do prep a lot of my ingredients in advance already, but this takes it a step further by prepping almost the entire meal for each day of the week. That is really clever. Learning some new tricks is always helpful :)

We are a busy family of 4! We coach 3 teams, so are gone until 7 or 7:30 almost every night of the week. Saturdays we play ball AND play catch up on everything else from the week we haven’t been able to get done. A meal plan would be so nice to have! The boys and I could work together preparing for the next week and not feel totally overwhelmed!

My husband is in college full time, and I teach third grade. During the school year it’s hard to find time for ourselves (and prepare a good meal). A meal plan would give us more time together and more money in our budget. Plus, it would help us develop good habits for when our family grows.
