 The AMAZING Ham & Swiss Sliders

I’m very excited to try a new recipe this week!  New recipes are so exciting to me, for some reason.  I love the fun of trying something new, though lots of times it ends up with less than rave reviews from my very own set of mini food critics.  :)

I got this Roasted Shrimp & Feta recipe from Michelle’s blog, and it really was SO easy.  And at meal time?  I’m just taking it out of the fridge and into the oven to bake for 20 minutes!!  I love recipes like this one WITHOUT the extra steps of cooking on the stove before baking.  :)  Whoohoo for one dish wonders, right?

I need to confess an embarrassing fact… I have never bought feta before.  I’m not even sure how to SAY it.  Is that sad??  As a result, I had much trouble finding it in the store!  I finally had to ask someone in the deli which is risky when you’re not sure how to pronounce it, ha ha!  {Is is fay-ta or feh-ta?}

I’m here to help you though if you are as ignorant as me… I did find out that it’s in the deli.  :)

Doesn’t it just look amazing??

Though my hubs gave me such a huge confidence “booster” when I caught him looking at it, and he informed me that it looked like it was missing something.  :)  Hoping I will be able to sway him when it’s coming hot outa the oven.  :)

I’m excited too about scarfing down some of the Amazing Ham & Swiss Sliders this week!  If you haven’t given this one a try… you really should!  I can almost guarantee it will be a hit with everyone… kiddos included!

29 minutes to prep 3 meals this week.  PLUS 3 meals popping out from the freezer…

    I love your whole feta confession. It is a staple in our home. We just love it. We buy it in bulk at Sam's Club. It is great in and on so many things. Unfortunately, I am not a shrimp lover. The only time my fam gets it is at a restaurant. I hope it turns out great!
